    TRIEC’s Professional Immigrant Networks initiative is a network of professional associations, run by and for immigrants in Toronto. These associations are volunteer-led, members-based organizations with an employment focus. Through PINs, TRIEC helps build the capacity of association leaders to help their members find meaningful employment.

    • Module 1 - Creating Membership Value

      These e-learning modules were developed with leaders of professional associations in mind. They will help you learn best practices in understanding your members and how to apply this to your association. Members join for a variety of reasons and staying relevant to their needs and interests is essential for successful membership management.

      Learning outcomes:

      • Identify and analyze various stakeholders of your association
      • Develop a high-level plan to create membership value in five steps
      • Identify member personas and apply it to your association’s strategy
